Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving high-value business growth, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives within the E-Commerce sector. This role requires strong market knowledge, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategic relationships with major clients. The Senior Sales Representative will also support junior team members and contribute to sales planning and forecasting.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new potential clients in logistics, transportation, and supply chain sectors.Track and report all sales activities and pipeline updatesManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.Prepare and negotiate complex proposals, bids, and long-term contracts and finalize dealsPresent sales reports to sales managerAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly target.Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clientsProvide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.Support and mentor junior sales team members when needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.3–6 years of proven sales experience in logistics.Strong understanding of logistics operations and pricing structures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.High level of business and strategic thinking.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Strong handling skills and problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Key CompetenciesLeadership and mentorship capabilities.Strategic planning and market analysis.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Target-driven with a high sense of accountability.
