We have one of the largest dedicated team with decades of cumulative experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, cost management, façade engineering, commissioning, building performance, waste management, environmental consultancy, carbon management and acoustics.Job PurposeHold responsibility for the overall delivery of the projectManage both the technical and commercial aspects of projectsProvides guidance and mentorship to more junior team membersResponsibilitiesSustainability Certification & Technical Delivery:Lead and manage sustainability certification processes including: LEED (v4.1 / v5) – BD+C, Communities WELL Building Standard / WELL Community Estidama PBRS Fitwel Other regional/global frameworks as requiredDevelop credit strategies, scorecards, and gap assessmentsPrepare and review technical documentation, calculations, and submissionsCoordinate with authorities and certification bodies (e.g., GBCI, Estidama, IWBI)Project Management & CoordinationAct as Project Manager / Lead Consultant on assigned projectsManage project timelines, deliverables, and client communicationCoordinate with internal teams (energy, carbon, microclimate, commissioning) Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, architects, MEP, contractors) Ensure alignment with project KPIs, ESG targets, and certification goalsDesign & Construction StageSupport Review design submissions (Concept to IFC) for sustainability complianceSupport material submittal reviews, RFIs, and technical queries during construction Conduct/coordinate site inspections and progress reportingEnsure proper documentation for construction-stage certification creditsTechnical Analysis & Reporting Support/overseeEnergy modelling coordination (IESVE familiarity preferred)Water efficiency calculationsIndoor environmental quality strategiesEmbodied carbon / LCA inputs Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverablesQA/QC & Internal ProcessesFollow AESG QA/QC protocolsEnsure deliverables meet high technical and presentation standardsContribute to process improvement, templates, and knowledge sharingQualification And ExperienceIdeally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications to carry out the role5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consultingStrong experience across UAE/KSA/GCC projects (highly preferred)Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projectsStrong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong technical writing and reporting skillsTechnical Expertise Strong knowledge of: LEED (mandatory) WELL / Fitwel Estidama PBRS (preferred)Experience in both design and construction stages
