We are looking for an Owner-minded personality that is looking for excellent opportunity to build his dream work career.What You will Own:Full recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding English-speaking ISAs and VAs for North American clientsBuild and maintain a permanent pipeline of pre-screened, interview-ready candidates, we never scramble to hireDevelop and refine our English assessment process, you set the standard for what "Great" sounds likePost and manage job listings on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Forasna, and Facebook groupsProactively headhunt candidates from Concentrix, Teleperformance, Majorel, Xceed, and Raya EgyptConduct structured competency-based interviews and deliver written assessments on each candidateManage all onboarding paperwork, contractor agreements, and system setup for new hiresBuild our employer brand in the Egyptian BPO talent market, make Resultimize the company people want to work forDeliver a weekly talent report to the founder covering pipeline, hiring metrics, market intelligence, and salary trendsIdentify, recommend, and implement HR tools and systems as we scaleBonus Points:Experience building or improving a recruitment process from scratchFamiliar with ATS systems, Google Workspace, or SlackPreviously recruited for real estate, mortgage, financial services, or sales-focused BPO accountsExperience onboarding remote contractors across international agreements What We are Looking For:5-7 years recruiting experience in BPO, call center, or remote staffing, specifically hiring English-speaking agentsC1 English minimum — spoken and written. You assess other people's English daily. Yours must be excellent.Proven track record recruiting for North American or European accounts, you know what Canadian and American clients expectDeep knowledge of the Egyptian BPO talent market, you know which companies have the best talent, what agents earn, and where to find themPreviously worked at or recruited for Concentrix, Teleperformance, Majorel, Xceed, or Raya. You have an existing network you can activate immediatelyExpert at sourcing on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Facebook groupsStrong written English, you write clear, compelling job postings and candidate assessmentsHighly organized and self-directed, you manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping anythingEntrepreneurial mindset, you're excited to build, not just executeAvailable to align communication with Canadian business hours (EST) when needed
