Classera is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong EdTech or technology-sector experience to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and highly skilled in headhunting, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms, with the ability to close roles efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, and business roles within the EdTech domain Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities Execute active headhunting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct searchScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high-quality shortlistsCoordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experienceMaintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and reporting using ATS tools Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Support employer branding initiatives relevant to the EdTech marketEnsure recruitment processes align with internal policies and timelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or Technology companies Proven experience in headhunting and direct sourcing Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as:LinkedIn RecruiterJob portals (e.g., Bayt, Wuzef Indeed, Naukrigulf, etc.)ATS systemsStrong understanding of technical and non-technical rolesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under tight deadlinesResults-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailPreferred Requirements Experience hiring for engineering, product, data, or digital roles Familiarity with EdTech business models and fast-scaling environmentsExperience in regional hiring (MENA preferred)
