Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions across enterprise and educational platforms.The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth system implementation, integrations, and continuous platform enhancement.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Prepare BRD, SRS, workflows, use cases, and process flow documentation.Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements and optimization opportunities.Support integrations between internal and external systems through APIs and third-party services.Participate in system testing, UAT, and validation activities.Assist in troubleshooting system-related issues and providing effective solutions.Ensure proper documentation for system changes, releases, and enhancements.Support large-scale enterprise and educational platform initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, databases, and workflows.Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in EdTech, LMS, ERP, or SaaS platforms is highly preferred.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Understanding of UML diagrams and process modeling techniques.Experience working on enterprise-scale digital platforms and integrations.Knowledge of educational systems and operational workflows is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
