To play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent and specialized roles.As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to shaping workforce planning, and building sustainable talent pipelines to support long-term business growth.Job Responsibilities and Duties-Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.-Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.-Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and networking.-Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.-Utilize advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.-Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to enhance efficiency and reporting.Strong market insight, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, competitive environments.Required skills and qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field. 3+ years of experience in the same role.-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).-Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
