Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing employer branding initiatives, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The specialist will drive strategic recruitment efforts to attract top talent and meet organizational needs. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficientlyStrong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluationExperience in Hiring strategies and talent acquisition to meet business objectivesProficiency in Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in talent acquisition in manufacturing or luxury goods industries is a plus
