Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Executive Management Assistant. The individual in this role will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling sensitive information confidentially. Key responsibilities also include creating effective communication materials, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the management team. QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to facilitate daily management activities.Skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated experience in providing Executive Support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interactions.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.Experience in a luxury or high-end industry is a plus.
