About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in technical recruitment to join our Human Resources team.In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting software engineers, data professionals, infrastructure specialists, and product teams within fast-paced technology, fintech, or banking environments.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End RecruitmentManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interview stages.Manage multiple technical vacancies simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.Talent SourcingSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers and leadership.Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.Ensure clear communication and regular hiring updates throughout the recruitment process.Employer BrandingSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Recruitment OperationsMaintain recruitment data and reports.Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation standards.Required QualificationsExperience4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition3+ years of experience recruiting technical or IT rolesProven experience hiring software engineers and technology professionals.Technical Recruitment ExperienceExperience recruiting for roles such as:Software EngineeringMobile DevelopmentData EngineeringDevOps / InfrastructureCloud EngineeringQA & Test AutomationBusiness AnalysisProduct ManagementCybersecurityRecruitment SkillsLinkedIn RecruiterBoolean SearchCandidate AssessmentInterviewingOffer NegotiationTalent MappingPipeline DevelopmentProfessional SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Banking, FinTech, or Software Development companiesExperience recruiting for digital transformation or technology projects.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).HR certifications are a plus.Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
