Manager & Employee Support: Act as an advisor to managers and employees during performance reviews, ensuring fair, objective, and constructive feedback is delivered. Succession Planning: Monitor employee development plans and provide recommendations for talent growth and retention, assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities. Data & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to the HR Manager, highlighting trends, top performers, and areas requiring improvement. Organizational Design & Goal SettingJob Descriptions (JDs): Create, audit, and continuously update Job Descriptions for all existing and new roles to accurately reflect evolving business needs. KPIs & Objective Tracking: Collaborate with department heads to formulate measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs. Monitor and document the achievement of these objectives on an ongoing basis. Learning & Development (L&D)Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of all internal and external training programs delivered to employees. Gap Analysis & Recommendations: Identify skills gaps and recommend targeted training interventions to bridge them. Employee Engagement & RetentionEngagement Initiatives: Manage Employee Engagement surveys and initiatives. Action Planning: Analyze engagement data to identify pain points, and work directly with the HR Manager and leadership to implement actionable retention and culture-building strategies. Continuous Feedback: Foster a culture of continuous feedback and recognition, ensuring Bevatel remains an employer of choice. RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development. Strong experience in performance appraisals, KPIs/OKRs, employee engagement, and Job Description development. Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems. Professional proficiency in English. HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred.
