Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Lead, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to meet performance goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving successful project execution. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, implementing strategies to improve workflows, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and fostering collaboration within the team to meet business objectives effectively. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectivelyStrong Project Management and Organizational skills to ensure timely completion of milestonesProblem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address challenges and implement solutionsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and stakeholdersAnalytical thinking and Attention to Detail to optimize workflows and processesExperience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce industries is preferredProficiency in data-driven tools and technology is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field
