Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Team Lead, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to meet performance goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving successful project execution. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, implementing strategies to improve workflows, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading, mentoring, and fostering collaboration within the team to meet business objectives effectively.
