The RoleResponsible of receiving all customers’ requests through Tenants app, direct the ticket to concerned party and follow up till the request is closed and follow up the preventive maintenance plan.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive all customers’ requests through Tenants app, direct the ticket to concerned party and follow up till the request is closed, handling any issue that arise.Track work orders, Exit/In permits for all tasks related to technical department including time taken to close the request & used spare parts.Follow up the preventive maintenance plan of all assets & equipment to ensure it is carried out as per the agreed standards, keeping document control for all assets’ contracts.Track and monitor technical team purchase requests & orders, ensuring the compliance with the budget.Develop different analytical reports, identifying problems and the required corrective actions needed to be taken.Responsible for sharing the monthly report for the technical teamDocument controller for the all-technical departmentsContracts implementation and trackingFinancial forecasting / budgetingSkills, Knowledge And Experience5+ years of relevant experience including Facility management experience.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Customer focus skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent Communication skills.Analytical skills.Proficient in MS.
