🚨 Hassan Allam Holding is Hiring 🚨We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer – Electrical to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of prestigious residential and commercial construction projects.Requirements:✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.✔ More than 5 years of experience in Technical Office activities.✔ Previous experience in Residential and/or Commercial Projects is a must.✔ Strong experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submittals.✔ Proficiency in quantity surveying, design review, and coordination activities.✔ Good understanding of electrical systems including power, lighting, low current, and fire alarm systems.✔ Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.✔ Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and engineering practices.✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical shop drawings and technical submittals.🔹 Review IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.🔹 Coordinate with site teams and consultants to resolve technical issues.🔹 Support procurement activities through material and technical evaluations.🔹 Prepare quantity take-offs and monitor engineering deliverables.🔹 Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and schedules.Join one of the region’s leading engineering, construction, and infrastructure groups and be part of delivering landmark projects.
