We're Hiring: Team Lead Site Engineer – Mechanical (Infrastructure)Hassan Allam Holding is looking to hire a Team Lead Site Engineer – Mechanical (Infrastructure) to join our team on a major construction project.Join our team and take the lead in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.Experience Required: 8+ YearsKey Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.Proven experience in infrastructure utilities, including:Stormwater networksSewage networksIrrigation networksPotable water networksHDPE and Ductile Iron (DI) pipelinesValve chambersManholesStrong site execution, coordination, and project management skills.Ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, and site activities effectively.Experience in ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all mechanical infrastructure site activities.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.Review drawings, method statements, and technical submittals related to infrastructure works.Manage construction activities for utility networks and associated structures.Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company procedures.Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to project management.
