Senior Technical Office Engineer - Secondary

Prepare secondary system design deliverables, including protection Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), AC/DC schematics, panel layouts, signal lists, and cable schedules.Perform protection coordination studies, relay setting calculations, and CT/VT sizing calculations.Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation for protection and control systems.Coordinate secondary design activities with Primary, RTU, Civil, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.Review vendor technical offers and prepare technical evaluation reports for protection, control, and automation equipment.Ensure all engineering designs comply with client specifications, IEC/IEEE standards, grid codes, and company quality standards.Provide technical support to site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.Coordinate with the Sales and Presales teams to provide technical input during proposal development and tendering activities.Monitor the technical progress of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.Review and resolve technical queries, design changes, and engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and submit technical reports, engineering documentation, and project status updates to the Technical Office Team Leader.Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing engineering best practices and standardizing design processes.SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.Excellent command of English; French is preferred.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in different environments.Strong problem-solving skills.
