Technical Office Team Leader - Secondary

Lead and supervise engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and service activities for MV and HV substation secondary systems.Manage and monitor engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables.Oversee the implementation of engineering designs, technical documentation, and installation activities in accordance with project specifications.Collaborate with the Presales team by providing technical support during tendering, proposal preparation, and solution development.Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to the Technical Manager, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.Attend project technical meetings, including Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), design reviews, and technical clarification meetings.Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, quality standards, software coding standards, and company policies.Coordinate with Project Managers to resolve technical queries, Requests for Information (RFIs), and design clarifications.Review and approve engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project deliverables before submission.Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, schedules, quality standards, and budgets.Lead troubleshooting activities and provide technical guidance for complex engineering and commissioning issues.Promote continuous improvement by ensuring adherence to engineering processes and implementing best practices.Conduct technical awareness sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to support team development and communicate engineering updates.Mentor and develop engineering team members to enhance technical capabilities and project performance.SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.Excellent command of English; French is preferred.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in different environments.Strong problem-solving skills.
