Role Description

Andalusia Health Egypt is seeking a full-time Senior Technical Recruiter for an on-site position in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source top candidates. Responsibilities include screening applicants, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while also ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Knowledge and experience in general Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Prior experience recruiting for healthcare or medical roles is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
