Role Description Andalusia Health Egypt is seeking a full-time Senior Technical Recruiter for an on-site position in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source top candidates. Responsibilities include screening applicants, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while also ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical RecruitingKnowledge and experience in general Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong Communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholdersProven organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsPrior experience recruiting for healthcare or medical roles is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
