As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Team Leader to join our team in Alexandria.If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and have the leadership skills to drive a high-performing support team, we would love to hear from you.📍 Location: Alexandria, Egypt (Smouha) – On-siteFrom Saturday to Thursday From (10 AM - 6 PM)👜Job Title: Senior Technical Support Team LeaderKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Technical Support team to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.Troubleshoot software and system-related problems efficiently.Monitor support KPIs and drive continuous process improvement.Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.Conduct field visits and supervise on-site implementations when required.Reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of technical support services.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or BIS (Business Information Systems).2–3 years of experience in Technical Support.Strong experience in: Troubleshooting/ Software Support/ Windows EnvironmentExcellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Willingness to travel for field missions when required.Preferred Skills:Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing support teams or mentoring team members.Ability to handle escalations and critical incidents professionally.What we Offer:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Transportation and field mission allowances.Social insurance from day one.Clear career growth and leadership development opportunities.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Join us and become part of our mission to transform healthcare management through technology.
