Job SummaryThe Senior Tenant Relations Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants across mixed-use developments, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, smooth daily operations, timely issue resolution, and effective coordination between tenants and internal departments. The role also supports tenant retention, lease compliance, and operational excellence within the propertyResponsibilitiesDaily Tenant Support & Inquiry Management: Act as the dedicated "helpdesk" for our premium tenants. Handle all day-to-day operational requests, questions, and concerns, providing rapid, empathetic, and effective solutions.Cross-Departmental Coordination: Actively advocate for the tenant by liaising between them and internal departments (Contracts, Design, Facility Management/Operations, and Marketing) to ensure smooth transitions and eliminate communication breakdowns.Onboarding & Fit-Out Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the tenant onboarding process.Marketing Integration: Facilitate the initial connection between the tenant and the AlRabat Properties Marketing team to align on launch campaigns, brand announcements, and integration into the mall’s community.Crisis Resolution & Escalation: Act as the first line of defense for any tenant disputes, complaints, or operational delays. Focus on de-escalation and customer retention, adhering strictly to the company Escalation Matrix to report critical issues.CRM & Feedback Loop: Ensure 100% compliance with internal tracking by rigorously logging all tenant interactions and milestones in the company CRM and submitted emails.Proactively gather tenant feedback to continuously improve AlRabat Properties tenant experienceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Property Management, or related field preferable graduated from AUC, BUE OR GUC.3–5 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service, and commercial real estate.Experience within commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or business parks is a must.Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems/CRM tools is preferred.Fluent in English.
