Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Commercial Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and lead commercial real estate development opportunities. The role is responsible for land assessment, highest and best use analysis, project feasibility, development planning, and coordination with design and technical teams to maximize investment returns and project valueResponsibilitiesIdentify potential commercial real estate opportunities and investment locations.Evaluate land opportunities based on market demand, location potential, zoning, accessibility, and ROI.Conduct highest and best use studies for potential developments.Develop commercial concepts including retail, administrative, mixed-use, and business developments.Prepare development strategies and business cases for management review.Analyze project profitability, investment feasibility, and revenue potential.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Study customer trends and commercial market demands.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and technical offices during concept development.Review layouts, masterplans, and design proposals to ensure commercial efficiency.Present project proposals, development opportunities, and recommendations to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.Minimum +7 years of experience in commercial real estate development.Strong understanding of commercial projects, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation.Experience working with consultants, technical offices, and design teams.Strong analytical and financial understanding.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
