We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy, Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.Job DescriptionWe are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Senior Tendering Engineer (Civil) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in Cairo office Egypt.build towards excellence. join out worldwide journey.What you will need to do:Analyses tender specifications, drawings, and documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimatesPrepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offsDevelop detailed cost estimates including direct and indirect costsPrepare and evaluate material and subcontractor enquiries and quotationsLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricingAssist in preparing tender schedules and Level 2 programsSupport the preparation of technical submittalsCoordinate with internal departments for tender inputsPrepare cost estimation reports and present them to managementConduct risk and opportunity analysisPrepare preliminary budgets and cash flow scenariosAssist in contractual reviews and commercial evaluationsSupport joint venture (JV) / consortia tender activities and coordination. What you will need to have:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering10+ years of experience in construction industryStrong background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Technical OfficeSolid experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost controlPrevious exposure to tendering / pre-contract activitiesGood understanding of contracts, variations, and commercial aspectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination skillsVery good command of EnglishYou are someone who:Has strong attention to detail and commercial awarenessCan work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIs able to coordinate across multiple teams effectivelyDemonstrates ownership and accountabilityWhat's in it for you: Local package is on the shelf, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
