This role focuses on planning, executing, and validating Output Management (OM) features, ensuring platforms, services, and components meet agreed milestones, cost, quality, and service levels. The role requires strong collaboration with global stakeholders, hands-on functional testing expertise, and German language capability for document content validation.What you’ll doDeliver testing services across platforms, services, and components in line with agreed milestones, quality standards, and service levelsPrepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to project scope and timelinesExecute functional, regression, and system integration tests to agreed standardsValidate Output Management (OM) features, including document content checks with German language verificationManage defects through the full lifecycle using agreed defect management processes and toolsReview and approve newly developed automations prior to production deployment, ensuring compliance with agreed standardsMaintain the production environment using established incident, change, and problem management processesCollaborate closely with business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of day-to-day delivery activitiesMentor and support the onboarding of junior team membersMaintain, track, and report business line KPIsEnsure common testing standards, methodologies, and best practices are consistently appliedCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of test approaches and methodologiesWho you areHold a graduation degree in a technology-related disciplineBring 5 to 8 years of experience in Test Management across the full SDLC within the telecommunications domainHave proven experience working within international, distributed, onshore and offshore teamsAre ISTQB Foundation Level certified in Software TestingPossess strong functional testing knowledge and a solid understanding of structured test methods and processesAre proficient in using test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and XrayDemonstrate confidence in engaging, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levelsHave strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience producing plans covering stages, phases, dependencies, and milestonesAre able to take full ownership and accountability for projects and releases within scopeHave mandatory German language skills for OM document content validationShow a collaborative mindset and clear communication skills in a global delivery environmentGood to have:Basic Unix command-line knowledgeExperience validating and modifying SQL queriesStrong reporting and documentation skills for knowledge managementExperience in SIT and regression testing for complex Telco systems and user interfacesNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
