Role OverviewThe Senior Total Rewards & People Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing key activities across payroll, benefits, compensation analysis, HR operations, HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, and people reporting.The role requires strong knowledge of Egypt payroll practices, labor law, tax, social insurance, statutory requirements, and compensation practices. The position will also supervise and coordinate the work of 3 People Operations team members, ensuring accurate execution, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across People Operations processes.Key Responsibilities Payroll & Statutory ComplianceSupport the monthly payroll process from data collection to final validation and closing.Ensure payroll inputs are accurate, complete, and processed on time.Review payroll variables, deductions, allowances, overtime, leaves, and other monthly changes.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, social insurance requirements, and other statutory obligations.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.Maintain accurate payroll records and support audit requirements when needed. Benefits AdministrationManage and support employee benefits operations, including medical insurance, social insurance, leaves, and other company benefits.Handle benefits additions, deletions, updates, and employee inquiries.Coordinate with benefits providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Support employees with benefits-related information and guidance. Compensation & Total RewardsSupport compensation analysis, salary reviews, promotion cases, bonus calculations, and reward-related reports.Assist in preparing compensation data, market insights, and internal analysis to support decision-making.Ensure compensation-related processes are accurate, fair, consistent, and aligned with company guidelines.Support the implementation of annual increases, semi-annual bonuses, and other reward programs. People Operations & Employee LifecycleSupport employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, resignations, and offboarding.Ensure employee records and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth employee experience across all HR operational touchpoints.Support HR letters, employment documents, employee requests, and operational workflows. HRIS, Data & ReportingMaintain accurate employee data across HR systems and internal trackers.Prepare regular and ad hoc People reports, dashboards, and analysis.Use data to identify trends, highlight gaps, and support process improvements.Ensure HRIS updates are completed accurately and on time.
