Job Summary:We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and enhance the employee experience through efficient HR operations and people-focused processes.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building smooth and effective people processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and system data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leaves, employee changes, deductions, and required monthly inputs.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and internal HR procedures.Support HR audits and maintain organized documentation for compliance purposes.Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide timely operational support.Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth joining experience.Help improve HR processes, employee workflows, and operational efficiency.Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or People Operations.Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.Familiarity with attendance, leaves, and employee records management.Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance requirements.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a fast-paced or multinational environment.Experience with HRIS or people systems.HR certification is a plus.Benefits:At Hudl StatsBomb, we offer a competitive and supportive benefits package designed to support our employees’ wellbeing, growth, and overall work experience, including:● Competitive GBP-based salaries● Semi-annual performance bonus eligibility● Company-covered statutory deductions, including income tax, employee social insurance share, and other applicable mandatory contributions.● Premium medical insurance coverage for employees and eligible dependents through a top-tier medical network.● Wellbeing leaves and Birthday leave to support work-life balance● Friendly and collaborative work environment● Employee engagement activities and team events throughout the year.
