Supported by investors andrapidly expanding their team and customer base, they are looking for a driven ProductManager to join their journey.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end product design across all ourdigital touchpoints, including marketing websites, web applications, and mobile apps. Youwill transform product strategy and user insights into elegant, usable interfaces andscalable design systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers,marketing, and QA, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Technology.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design of user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, andinteractive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.• Own and maintain a component-based design system to ensure visual andinteraction consistency across all platforms.• Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, guerrilla testing) and translateinsights into actionable product improvements.• Deliver responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring astrong mobile experience.• Produce pixel-perfect designs and handoff documentation (specs, annotations,assets) to engineering; collaborate closely during implementation to ensure designfidelity.• Facilitate and lead design reviews, workshops, and critiques with cross-functionalteams.• Define, track, and iterate on usability metrics based on qualitative and quantitativefeedback.• Champion accessibility (WCAG) best practices and inclusive design principles.• Mentor mid-level and junior designers, fostering growth and improving team designprocesses.Qualifications• 5+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio coveringwebsites, web apps, and mobile apps.• Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and componentlibraries.• Strong visual, interaction, and information architecture skills.• Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries.• Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insightsinto design improvements.• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of frontend implementationconstraints.• Experience in agile teams and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale andinfluence stakeholders.• Experience designing for accessibility and performance.• Portfolio required — include case studies showcasing the problem, process,decisions, and outcomes.
