Project Lifecycle Management & Installation & Commissioning: Following up on projects (often electrical/mechanical) from production through delivery, installation, and final handover.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing on-site support to resolve technical issues, conduct diagnostics, and perform commissioning of systems.Coordination & Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical queries, project updates, and site activities.Documentation & Reporting for project records.Customer after sales Support Creating detailed reports of maintenance and service activities.Sales activities  Education : Faculty of Engineering ( Mechanical & electrical & Mechatronics) Ability to read technical manuals.Abilities to resolve mechanical or software issues.verbal and written skills for reporting and client interaction.Willingness to travel frequently and work in different environments & sites .Familiarity with software (e.g., autocade, Microsoft Office)
