Service Solutions SpecialistAs Goldwind continues expanding its renewable energy service business across the region, we are seeking a highly capable Service Solutions Specialist to support commercial, contractual, and operational service activities across multiple international projects.This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong business coordination skills with contract management, tendering, proposal preparation, and cross-functional communication capabilities within fast-paced multinational environments.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management & Commercial Support• Review service agreements and identify deviations from Goldwind standards and commercial requirements• Support contract negotiation, clarification, and execution coordination with clients and internal stakeholders• Support interpretation and implementation follow-up of service contractual obligations• Assist in standardization of service and procurement-related contractual templates across the regionTendering & Proposal Management• Prepare and coordinate service tender submissions and commercial documentation• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, service introductions, project references, spare parts lists, and technical/commercial proposal documents• Analyze customer tender requirements and ensure submission compliance and completeness• Support pre-sales activities for both Goldwind and non-Goldwind turbine service projectsRegional Business Coordination• Coordinate with regional sales, procurement, legal, finance, technical, and execution teams• Support value-added service business including maintenance services, technical training, spare parts supply, retrofit solutions, and operational support services• Follow up internal review workflows according to company process and LOA requirements• Maintain proper tracking, reporting, and documentation control for ongoing projects and contractsProcess Improvement & Digital Support• Utilize AI tools and digital solutions to improve proposal preparation, reporting, workflow efficiency, and document standardization• Support process optimization and business standardization initiatives across the region🔹Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Renewable Energy, Supply Chain, or related field• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract management, tendering, project coordination, procurement, business support, or service operations• Experience within renewable energy, EPC, industrial services, power generation, or multinational environments is highly preferredTechnical & Professional Skills:• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and service agreements• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word• Strong capability in preparing professional presentations and client-facing documents• Practical experience using AI tools for reporting, business support, proposal preparation, and workflow optimization• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple regional priorities simultaneouslyAdditional Requirements:• Ability to work within multicultural and cross-functional international teams• Willingness to travel internationally depending on business requirements• Chinese language is considered an advantage
