Logistics SupervisorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to support the successful execution of renewable energy and construction projects. The role is responsible for coordinating transportation activities, port operations, shipping arrangements, customs documentation, and equipment delivery to ensure project materials are available on time and aligned with construction schedules.The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and port authorities to maintain efficient logistics operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement transportation plans aligned with project schedules and construction milestones.Coordinate equipment and material deliveries from suppliers to project sites.Monitor transportation activities and provide timely updates on shipment status and delivery progress.Coordinate port receiving, unloading, storage, and transshipment operations.Track vessel schedules and shipping activities to ensure seamless logistics execution.Support customs clearance processes and maintain logistics documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.Ensure equipment handover, shipping, and customs documents are complete and properly maintained.Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to resolve logistics issues and minimize delays.Support cargo inspections and verify that delivered materials meet project requirements.Prepare logistics reports, shipment tracking updates, and performance summaries.Identify logistics risks and support mitigation actions to maintain project schedules.Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and participate in safety initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain operations, or project logistics.Experience in renewable energy, wind, solar, EPC, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.Familiarity with transportation planning, shipping operations, customs clearance processes, and logistics documentation.Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.Experience with logistics management systems is an advantage.Good command of English.Why Join Us?Be part of large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects.Contribute to the delivery of sustainable energy solutions.Gain exposure to international logistics and project operations.Work in a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative environment.Access professional development and career growth opportunities within a global organization.
