In this role, you will leverage your functional expertise to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their business processes and deliver measurable improvements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements and process workflowsConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications based on client needs, focusing on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service CatalogConduct workshops and process mapping sessions to establish best practices within ServiceNowParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the go-live support processProvide ongoing support and training for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ServiceNow platformWork closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applicationsStay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously provide value to clientsRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or in a similar functional roleProven knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBMStrong understanding of ITIL concepts and practices in relation to service managementExcellent analytical skills to assess client needs and align them with ServiceNow best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team membersAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project requirementsRelevant ServiceNow certifications are a plusBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
