The ideal candidates will bring 1–3 years of experience in production, maintenance, or manufacturing environments, with strong team coordination skills and a solid understanding of machinery and operational processes.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth production flow.Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and operational KPIs.Support preventive maintenance and basic equipment care.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve shift targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and reliability.✅ Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–3 years in production, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.Preferred: Prior experience in shift supervision or team coordination.Knowledge: Production processes, machinery basics, and maintenance fundamentals.Skills: Problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and teamwork.Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering preferred.
