Accounts Finance Manager

Job Title: Account Finance Manager📍 Location: Egypt📑 Reporting To: Finance ControllerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially aware Account Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP expertise, advanced financial acumen, and leadership capability to drive efficiency and accuracy across the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day accounting, finance, treasury, and reporting activities.Prepare monthly MIS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reports.Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month‑end/year‑end closing in SAP.Handle AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and inventory accounting controls.Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, VAT, withholding tax, labor/social insurance regulations, and statutory filings.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.Develop internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements.Support automation initiatives and data‑driven decision making using Excel dashboards and reports.Train and guide finance team members.Qualifications & SkillsPost‑graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance preferred).6–8 years of progressive finance experience.Strong hands‑on experience in SAP (FI/CO/MM preferred).Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, Power Query, formulas, dashboards.Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical reasoning.Good understanding of Egyptian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileHands‑on, detail‑oriented, and commercially aware professional capable of supporting business growth through strong controls, analytics, and compliance.📝 How to ApplyInterested candidates meeting the above criteria may apply directly via LinkedIn Recruiter or share CVs ommi.priyanka@menschen.co.in | +91 7416378588.
