Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Siebel Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Siebel CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable, high-performance Siebel applications that drive customer success and operational efficiency. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to hands-on customization, integration, and modernization projects.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for Siebel CRM projects, including analysis, design, configuration, scripting, testing, and deployment. Architect and implement Siebel configurations, workflows, business components, applets, scripts, business services, and integration points. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Siebel solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Develop and maintain integration with external systems (ERP, middleware, data services) using EAI, ECI, OpenUI, REST/SOAP web services, and adapters. Drive performance tuning, data quality, and security best practices across Siebel environments. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams. Troubleshoot complex issues, develop debugging strategies, and implement sustainable fixes. Prepare and maintain documentation, including design specifications, operability runbooks, and deployment guides. Participate in release management and change control processes to ensure smooth deployments.Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation Strong proficiency with Siebel Tools, Siebel eBusiness Applications, Siebel Open UI/Open UI, and Siebel Scripting Experience integrating Siebel with external systems using EAI, EAI adapters, REST/SOAP services, and middleware Proven ability to design and implement complex Siebel configurations (iet frameworks, business components, applets, workflows) Familiarity with data modeling, data migration, and data quality practices Solid understanding of software development life cycle, release management, and version control Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in Siebel CRM development and enterprise solutions Certifications in Siebel (e.g., Siebel Tools Developer, Siebel CRM) or relevant cloud integration certifications Experience with Siebel CRM on Oracle or SAP databases and performance tuning in large-scale environments Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Experience with OpenUI, Siebel CRM 8.x+, and modern integration patternsSkills And Competencies Siebel Tools mastery and comprehensive knowledge of Siebel architecture Strong SQL and data modeling skills Integration design and implementation expertise (REST/SOAP, EAI, middleware) Troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis Communication and stakeholder management Mentorship and leadership capabilities Documentation and knowledge sharingEducation and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Relevant Siebel certifications and/or vendor certifications preferred
