Shop Drawings & Detailing• Review approved drawings from head office and adapt them for site conditions.• Prepare additional site-specific details and sketches where required.• Ensure drawings reflect real site measurements and execution sequences. Site Coordination• Coordinate between site construction team, subcontractors, and head office technical office.• Resolve on-site discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP works.• Provide technical clarifications to site engineers and foremen. Execution Support• Ensure site teams execute works as per approved drawings and specifications.• Supervise finishing works (interior and exterior) for compliance with design intent.• Respond to site RFIs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Material & Procurement Support• Review and validate material submittals and samples against approved specs.• Support procurement by verifying finishes/material compliance with architectural requirements.• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for technical shop drawings (e.g., cladding, joinery, false ceilings). Quality & Compliance• Work closely with QA/QC to ensure finishing works meet quality standards.• Verify that architectural works comply with authority approvals and codes.• Support in preparation of as-built drawings at project closeout. Reporting & Documentation• Maintain logs of site architectural drawings, revisions, and clarifications.• Report site issues, risks, and required changes to the head office technical office.• Document non-conformities and propose corrective actions. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.4-6 years of experience in architectural and technical office work.3–5 years in site-based roles (construction/finishing).Preferably within real estate ideally within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Giza Residents preferable.
