Technical & EngineeringReview and approve structural drawings and material submittals.Ensure compliance with design codes and project specifications.Provide structural engineering solutions for site challenges.Oversee RFIs, method statements, and as-built drawings. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.Liaise with stakeholders for approvals and clarifications.Resolve conflicts with other disciplines (architectural, MEP, etc.).Communicate technical requirements across teams. Quality & ComplianceMonitor structural works for quality and accuracy.Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.Verify construction methods and materials follow approvals.Maintain proper QA/QC documentation and records. Bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering10–15 years of progressive experience in structural engineering and technical office roles within the construction industry.Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering / Construction Management (preferred, but not always required).Experience in real estate development where the company acts as owner & main contractor.Strong background in large-scale residential/commercial projects.Proven skills in design review, value engineering, and cost optimization.Familiar with local authority codes, permits, and compliance.Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC or similar) and variation management.
