Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:* Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of the project* Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, and science materials to create an ideal finished product* Experience in interior finishing and design, especially in medical clinic finishing* Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards* Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process* Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgetsQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in architecture* 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture* Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills* Proficient in AutoCAD* Experience in indoor projects (Malls and commercial stores)* Proficiency in writing BOQS* 3ds Max (not necessary)* Preferably owns a car
