Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Handle personnel administration, including employee files, contracts, and records in compliance with labor lawManage social insurance and medical insurance processes, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely updatesTrack employees' attendance, leaves, and vacations while ensuring proper documentationPrepare and process employees' onboarding and offboarding documentationUpdate and maintain HR systems and personnel databasesSupport payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and personnel dataEnsure compliance with labor regulations and company policiesPrepare periodic personnel reports for managementCoordinate with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, etc.) when neededProvide HR administrative support for internal staff.RequirementBachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of proven experience in Personnel or HR AdministrationStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and personnel regulationsVery good command of English (written & spokenProficiency in MS Office tools and HR systemsExcellent organizational and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team
