Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activitiesEnsure all work is executed according to engineering drawings and project specificationsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflowMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budgetResolve technical and operational site issues efficientlyConduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standardsManage site teams and ensure high performance and productivityPrepare progress reports and provide regular updates to managementMonitor the effective use of materials and site resourcesEnsure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering5–8 years of experience in site management and construction supervision within the real estate or construction industryProven experience as a Site Manager Engineer or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and site management practicesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesGood knowledge of on-site health and safety regulations
