The role involves supporting project management activities, conducting in-depth research, coordinating project documentation, and maintaining open lines of communication with clients and team members. The role also includes liaising with stakeholders, ensuring projects adhere to the company's quality standards, and providing training and support to relevant teams.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Proficiency in Research and Project Management to ensure successful execution of project deliverables and efficiency in planning.Experience in providing Training and mentorship to team members to ensure processes are followed and quality standards are met.Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively and resolve challenges proactively.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in construction or site management is advantageous.Strong proficiency in relevant software and tools, including project management platforms.
