Mechanical Technical Office Team Leader📍 Location: Head Office, Maadi📅 Employment Type: Full-TimeGreen Modeling Contracting (GMC) is currently seeking a qualified Mechanical Technical Office Team Leader to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Mechanical Technical Office team.Review mechanical shop drawings and technical submittals.Ensure proper coordination between mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.Follow up with project sites to resolve technical issues.Prepare quantity take-offs and support project planning.Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the construction field.Previous experience in technical office and project coordination.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skills.
