You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting high-volume enterprise clients to closing deals for complex telecom. The ideal candidate understands how businesses use communication tools to drive engagement and has a track record of selling technical solutions to both "C-suite" executives and technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Prospecting Identify and hunt for new business opportunities in sectors that rely heavily on SMS. Conduct cold outreach, leverage LinkedIn, and attend industry events to build a robust pipeline. Qualify leads based on volume potential, technical fit, and budget. Solution Selling (Consultative Approach) Sell our SMS platform (A2P messaging, OTP services, Marketing SMS) as a core offering. Sell, upsell and cross-sell broader Telecommunications solutions such as VoIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud PBX, and WhatsApp Business API. Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients. Market Intelligence Stay updated on telecom regulations (e.g., GDPR, local SMS filtering laws, and carrier changes). Provide feedback to the Product Team regarding requested features or market gaps. RequirementsExperience: 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within SaaS, CPaaS, or Telecoms. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with SMS APIs, SMPP protocols, and how businesses use 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills; ability to explain technical API integrations in "plain English" to business owners. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and a basic understanding of software integration logic. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
