You will be responsible for building and managing our online presence, creating engaging and educational content, and communicating with patients and followers across social media platforms.This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare marketing, respects patient privacy and medical ethics, and knows how to build trust and authority for a medical brand online.Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationCreate, design, and schedule engaging posts for platforms including:FacebookInstagramTikTok (if applicable)LinkedIn (for professional / B2B content)Produce educational content about medical services, health tips, preventive care, and clinic news.Design simple, professional graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.Shoot and edit short videos / Reels (e.g., doctor introductions, clinic tours, patient testimonials – with proper consent).Social Media ManagementManage daily posting, stories, and community engagement.Respond to patient questions, messages, and comments professionally, empathetically, and promptly.Maintain a consistent brand voice: professional, caring, trustworthy, and medically accurate.Ensure all content complies with Egyptian medical advertising regulations and patient confidentiality standards.Campaigns & GrowthPlan and execute social media campaigns (awareness, appointment booking, service promotion, seasonal health campaigns).Run paid social media ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) within budget.Grow followers and engagement organically and through paid strategies.Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to highlight services, success stories (with consent), and facility features.Analytics & ReportingTrack key metrics: reach, engagement, followers, website clicks, appointment inquiries, and conversion rates.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Use insights to continuously improve content strategy and campaign ROI.CollaborationWork closely with the clinic administrator, reception team, and doctors to ensure all published information is accurate.Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or videographers when needed.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience2-5 years of experience in social media management.Medical or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.Proven portfolio of social media accounts managed (personal, brand, or client).
