The intern will support the sales team by learning about Mega DEV’s software products and services, assisting with product demos, and helping identify potential client needs. Daily tasks include researching prospective clients, preparing basic sales materials, updating CRM records, and following up with leads under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves responding to initial customer inquiries, coordinating with technical teams to clarify requirements, and contributing to presentations and proposals. The Software Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in the full software sales cycle while developing strong communication and client-facing skills.QualificationsStrong interest in software and technology, with a basic understanding of software products and solutions.Skills in Software Sales and Sales, with an eagerness to learn consultative selling techniques for software solutions.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and professional email and phone etiquette.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow structured sales processes and documentation.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.Comfortable using office productivity tools and willing to learn CRM or sales management platforms.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
