Our client is a software house and looking to hire A Product Consultant, is the junior delivery practitioner in CS. They configure products, deliver training, run onboarding, handle L1 post-go-live support, and deliver product demos. They work alongside Senior CSMs, freeing them for strategic accounts, complex deliveries, and Agentic AI workflow design. This is an apprenticeship toward Senior CSM in 2–3 years.What You Own:Application-layer product configuration through the GUI (routing rules, permissions, workflows) under Senior CSM guidance.End-to-end client onboarding sessions — navigation, key workflows, admin operations.Structured user training at client sites — design materials, facilitate, track adoption.L1 post-go-live support: how-to questions, configuration clarifications, workflow adjustments, training follow-ups.Product demonstrations for prospects and existing clients (under Senior CSM supervision).Demo environment preparation: data setup, prospect-specific configuration, anticipated questions.Request tracking and pattern surfacing to Senior CSM and Head of CS.What You Bring:1–2 years in enterprise software delivery, implementation, application support, or technical client-facing work.Hands-on configuration through the application GUI. Has translated at least one business rule into product configuration.Comfort with structured training delivery — even one planned session to client users.JSON literacy and basic technical reading. API concepts at basic level. Verified in Stage 3.Arabic–English bilingual at professional level (verified mid-call).Cairo-based, on-site, available for regular client visits.Comfortable working under and alongside a Senior CSM — no territorial energy.Nice-to-Have:Document management / ECM / workflow automation familiarity.Junior implementation consultant experience at a software services company (Asset, LinkDev, ITWorx, Raya).IT helpdesk experience with enterprise software exposure.AI tool fluency (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, automation tools).Government or large-corporate client exposure.
