The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and present software solutions that address client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contract terms in alignment with company guidelines. The Software Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools, and provide feedback to improve products and services. The role also involves meeting sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and staying current with market trends and competitor offerings.QualificationsStrong software sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demos, and communicate technical concepts in clear business language.Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and prepare reports.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology-related solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple accounts and priorities.Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.Knowledge of the recruitment or HR solutions market is a plus.
