Responsibilities include providing technical assistance and troubleshooting, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing technical issues, offering practical solutions, and documenting feedback to improve service delivery.Key Responsibilities:* Handle customer inquiries and technical issues.* Troubleshoot software and POS-related problems.* Escalate unresolved issues to the development team.* Document issues and their resolutions.Required Qualifications:* Strong understanding of software troubleshooting.* Experience with POS systems and ERP systems is a plus.* Good communication and problem‑solving skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.* Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.Preferred Experience:1–3 years in a similar role.
