Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism, assisting clients with their travel queries, and providing tailored travel solutions. The role also involves managing customer accounts, offering personalized retention strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in 6th of October.QualificationsGood Fluency in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in customer relationship management and retention techniquesAttention to detail and problem-solving skills for resolving customer concerns efficientlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a professional demeanorHigh adaptability and a customer-first mindset.Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or the travel sector is an advantage.
