The role involves promoting and selling spare parts for commercial vehicles, responding to customer inquiries, and providing guidance on appropriate parts and components. The Spare Parts Sales Representative will manage orders, prepare quotations, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure availability and timely supply, and supporting after-sales service.
