Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.ScopeEffective coordination and execution of airfreight operations and pricing in line with the PSA BDP standard procedure.ResponsibilitiesPricingAirfreight rate negotiation.Monitor and data maintenance of quotations and win-loss ratioKeep track record for airline contract rates (validity/expiry)Maintain healthy relation with partnersOperationInbound Shipment Management: Oversee and execute the daily operations of air import shipments from origin to final destination delivery, ensuring optimal routing, cost efficiency, and tracking.Documentation & Compliance: Review, prepare, and process essential import documentation, including Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), Delivery Orders, Customs Entries, Commercial Invoices, and Packing ListsCustoms & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate closely with Customs Brokers to ensure timely customs clearance. Maintain strict adherence to import regulations, TSA compliance, and local customs requirements to avoid penalties.Carrier & Agent Liaison: Communicate effectively with overseas branches/agents, airlines, and Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) to monitor flight arrivals, arrange cargo breakdown, and secure prompt cargo releases.Financial Management: Issue accurate billing, invoices, and arrival notices to clients. Manage collect charges, verify airline/vendor invoices against agreed tariffs, and maximize file profitability.Customer ExcellenceEnsure on time update of cargo status to customerUnderstand customer’s requirement and instruction (i.e DTC , DTD , description of goods etcOn time invoicing of customer, 48 hours after cargo deliveryQualifications/Experience+3 years experience in airfreight Export /Import operations with knowledge in MTS system , customs procedure , ground handling agent & carrier communication .College/University graduateComputer literacy with Microsoft Software applications, MS Excel expertise .
