Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting)📍 Location: New Cairo 🕒 Full-Time (Office-based)🔹 About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building services design and BIM coordination, delivering high-quality, integrated mechanical systems for complex projects. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems in line with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC/UPC).Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit MEP, including clash detection.Perform engineering calculations (cooling/heating loads, pump sizing, duct & pipe sizing).Prepare technical documentation (reports, specs, BOQs, tender documents).Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support project execution.Ensure design quality, safety, and compliance. 🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.5–7 years of experience in a consultancy firm.Strong experience in:HVAC (Chilled water, DX, ventilation)Plumbing systemsFire Fighting systemsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HAP.Solid knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, and local codes.Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.📩 Apply Now: Send your CV & Portfolio to: hr@nmhdesigners.net
