Sr.projects Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Projects Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to account for changes and delays.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with procurement to manage materials and resources effectively.Mentor and support junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or management within the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and contract management.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (AutoCAD, Revit).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
